Shannon grew up in Pelham, where she still resides with her husband, Doug “Slow” Hill and their children, Kristin, and Kenzie. She is a graduate of Grundy County High School and John A. Gupton College of Mortuary Science. Shannon is a licensed funeral director and embalmer with the state of TN.

She takes great pride in helping families, during an exceedingly difficult time, to provide a loving tribute for their loved one.

"Ashley is an administrative assistant with over fourteen years of experience in customer relations and admin roles. Ashley specializes in administrative technology and is responsible for educating other employees on using progressive systems and applications, including accounting software, mass communication procedures and organizational apps. Ashley is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Ashley is inspired daily by her two children. In her free time, she likes to hike, play guitar, read books, and attend her children's sporting events."
