William Ryland Horne, Jr.
Obituary
Mr. William Ryland Horne, Jr., age 93 of Manchester, formerly of California, was born on April 29, 1929, in Richmond, VA, to the late William and Alice Horne. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force until his retirement. After his military career, Mr. Horne was a chemist for the Chino Besson Water Department in CA until his retirement.
Mr. Horne passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023, at Autumn Oaks in Manchester after an extended illness. Cremation was chosen and there are no services scheduled at this time.
