Mr. Terry Lee Williams, age 58, was born on March 28, 1963, in Chicago, IL, to the late Isaac and Ruby Lee Loggins Williams. He passed away at Unity Medical Center in Manchester after an extended illness.

As per Mr. Williams request, cremation was chosen. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
