Tammy Lynn Barton

Tammy Lynn Barton, age 56, of Beechgrove, Tennessee, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, October 6, 2021.

Born November 19, 1964, to the late Perry and Dorothy Taylor, Sr., “Tammy” devoted her life to being a loving daughter, wife and mother. She was a twenty-year member of Lakewood Baptist Church, of Beechgrove, Tennesse, where she was a very devoted Sunday School Teacher. Tammy had also been an Avon representative for over two decades. She enjoyed cross stitching and collecting cultural figurines, such as dolphins and owls. Tammy will be missed dearly by her loving family, church family and friends.

Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her father-in-law, Virgil Barton, Sr.

Survivors include her soulmate of forty years, her husband, Kerry L. Barton; one daughter, Donna Taylor; two brothers, Perry Taylor, Jr. and Mark Armstrong; and two sisters, Teresa (Daryl) Taylor-Hamby and Tracy (Larry) Armstrong-Krantz.
