Shirley “Ann” Presley, age 73, of Manchester, Tennessee, passed away, following a long-term illness, on Friday. July 29, 2022.
Born in Pulaski, Tennessee, on October 5, 1948, to the late Robert Alexander and Annis “Granny” Williams, Ann devoted her life to being a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. A homemaker, her family was always most important in her life. She loved babysitting her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ann was very strong willed and stood firm in her beliefs. She took pride in passing those values down to her loved ones with her storytelling. Ann enjoyed gardening, canning and scrapbooking pictures. Ann will surely be missed by her loving family and friends.
Survivors include her loving husband of fifty-five years, Jerry Presley; one son, Jerry “Bubba” Presley, Jr.; seven grandchildren, Amber (Jimmy) Merrell, Alex Ash, Billie Corrine (Jonathan) Baucom, Stephen (Alexius) Gilliam, Michaela (Manny) Wells, Keither Rose and Denanne Rose; sixteen great grandchildren; and beloved, loyal dog, Buttercup.
Funeral services will be held at Coffee County Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at 12PM, with Bro. Danny Anderson officiating.
The family will receive visitors, at the funeral home, from 10AM until time of services.
Interment to immediately follow at Butler Cemetery in Manchester, Tennessee.
