Shari Corinne Bickel

Shari Corinne Bickel, age 82, of Manchester, Tennessee, passed away peacefully, following a long-term illness, on Sunday, February 13, 2022.

Born October 4, 1939, in Mineral Point, Pennsylvania, to the late Clarence and Irene Dankert, Shari devoted her life to being a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a fifteen-year Member of New Union Church of Christ of Manchester, Tennessee and former Administrative Library Assistant at Lipscomb University of Nashville, Tennessee. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing piano and taking care of her beloved animals. Shari will be missed dearly by her loving family and friends.

Other than her parents, preceding her in death is her husband of sixty-five years, Kenneth Bickel; three sons, Daniel (Cynthia) Bickel, Brian Bickel and Kent (Kathy) Bickel; seven grandchildren, Lauren Bickel, Cari (David) Angamarca, Kenneth (Stephanie) Bickel, Kelly Bickel, Scott (Jackie) Bickel, Eric (Jessica) Bickel and Austin Bickel; and nine great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be conducted at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Nashville, Tennessee, where Shari will be laid to rest with her beloved husband, Kenneth, on Friday, February 25, 2022, at 10AM (CST).
