Peggy Joyce Veicht, age 77, of Manchester went to be with her heavenly father Friday, October 27, 2023. She was born November 14, 1945 in Arkansas to the late Effie Barrett. Besides her mother, Peggy is also preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Veicht; sons, Frankie Taber, David Taber, and Gerald “Butchie” Veicht; brothers, Tony and Doug Thompson; granddaughter, Latisha Taber; and great granddaughters, Brianna and Shyanna Taber. Peggy enjoyed spending time with her family, shopping and visiting. She had a kind heart for everyone and never met a stranger. Peggy is fondly remembered by her family as a beautiful soul that loved helping others.

Peggy is survived by her daughter, Angie Talley (Andy); son, Matt Veicht; daughter, Dawn Taber; daughter-in-law, Ronda Taber; grandchildren, Sommer Hall, Kalena Veicht, Shalyn Veicht, Kenzie Veicht, Summer Berry (Dillon) and Taylor Veicht; great grandchildren, Adrianna Taber, Hannah Taber, Brooklyn Hall, Bailey Hall, Bella Presley, Aiden Berry, Penelope Taber, Ryver Taber, and Dalilah Taber; and best friends, Dee and Dennis Wilhelm.
