Obituary

Ms. Marguerite Francis Campbell, age 81, of Manchester, passed away Monday, February 20th, 2023, at her residence in Manchester. Ms. Campbell was born March 4th, 1941, in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Jessie Ward and Marguerite McCann .

Ms. Campbell was prisoner transporter for Transcor, which she retired from; she was also a Baker, which she enjoyed as a profession and hobby. She was a lifelong believer in the Christian faith.

In addition to her parents, Marguerite is preceded in death by her grandson, Brandon Campbell; brothers, George Myers and Jack Ward; and sisters, Rosemary Moncman and Priscilla Maynard. She is survived by sons, Larry and Tony Campbell; daughters, Rose Gannon and Loretta Anderson; grandchildren, Cassie Buckner (Daniel), Stevie Gannon (Deanna), Brittany Gannon (Kris), Lacey Anderson, Harlie Barnes (Travis), Blaine Anderson (Angelica), Tori Campbell and Emily Lewis (Britton); and 12 Great Grandchildren.

 

A graveside service for Ms. Campbell will be held Thursday, February 23rd, at 3:30pm. Visitation will be held just before the service from 1:00pm till 3:00pm.
