Obituary
Mrs. Geraldine E. Vincent, age 83, of Manchester, passed away Monday, January 30, 2023, at Unity Medical Center in Manchester. Mrs. Vincent was born September 2, 1939, in New Market, Alabama, to the late Elijah and Minnie Cagle.
Mrs. Vincent was a homemaker. She was a believer in the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, Geraldine is preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, William Walden Vincent; sons, Lloyd "Button" McCormick and Billy McCormick (Dawn); Daughters, Julie Trammell and Tammy Stratton; granddaughter, Misty McCormick. She is survived by one sister, Louise Fugitt; one daughter Gina Swoape (Ralph); eight grandchildren, Jennifer Trammell, Christy Trammell, Shirley Trammell, Amber Stratton, Joshua Swoape (Katie), Jessica Kelly (Justin), Tiffany Brown (Kevin), Dylan McCormick (Hannah); 11 greatgrandchildren; and several extended family members and a host of friends.
Funeral services for Mrs. Vincent will be held Friday, February 3rd, at 2:00pm. Visitation will be held just before the service from 10:00am till 2:00pm.
