Sheri O'Neal

Manager Coffee County Funeral Chapel, Licensed Funeral Director and Licensed Embalmer

Sheri serves as Manager/Partner of Coffee County Funeral Chapel. She grew up in Hickman County, Tennessee beginning her career at McDonald Funeral Home in Centerville, Tennessee. She attended Jefferson State College in Birmingham, Alabama where she graduated with Honors receiving an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Mortuary Science. She received her National Board Certificate in March 1989 and has been a practicing funeral director and embalmer for twenty years. Sheri also is a licensed funeral director and embalmer in Alabama and is a Tennessee Licensed Insurance Agent. She is married to Gregory M. O’Neal and has two step-children, Carrie O’Neal Tinsley and Gregory O’Neal and a granddaughter, Sarah Seaton Tinsley. Sheri is a member of the Manchester Exchange Club and a member of Christ The King Anglican Church in Winchester, Tennessee where she and Greg reside with their black lab, Sophie.



Hollyn Anderson Clark

Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer

Mrs. Hollyn Clark has been a lifelong resident of Manchester and is a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. Hollyn graduated in the Top 10% of her class from John A. Gupton College of Funeral Service in December 2006. She is married to Adam Clark, who is also a lifelong resident of Manchester and teaches Math at Coffee County Central High School. Hollyn and Adam have a daughter, Adalyn May Clark, who was welcomed into this world November 13, 2009. They enjoy the outdoors, traveling and spending time with family. Mrs. Clark and her husband are members of First Baptist Church in Manchester.



Sabrina A. Clark

Apprentice Funeral Director and Embalmer

Sabrina is an apprentice funeral director and embalmer with the State of Tennessee.  She loves the work that she does and is always proud to serve the families in her care.  Miss Clark is a 1995 graduate of Franklin County High School and a 2005 graduate of Motlow State Community College with an Associates of Applied Science Degree in General Studies.  She graduated in the top 10% of her class from John A. Gupton College in Nashville in 2009 with an Associates of Arts Degree in Funeral Service.  She served in the U.S. Army as a medical specialist.  Sabrina resides in Winchester with her cat, Precious.



Kathy Brock

Licensed Insurance Agent & Pre Need Counselor

Mrs. Kathy Brock and her husband moved from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Manchester in 2006. Kathy retired from a 30 year career in healthcare administration. After a year of playing with her grandchildren, Kathy joined Coffee County Funeral Chapel and Manchester Funeral Home as a Licensed Insurance Agent and Pre-Need Advisor. In 2008, Kathy received certification as a Grief Recovery Specialist and now conducts Grief Support Meetings as well as Grief Recovery Programs in Manchester and Tullahoma. Kathy is a member of First Baptist Church in Manchester, active in the local chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, and volunteers at local nursing homes and Good Samaritan. Kathy and her husband, Larry, have two children and five grandchildren.



Winfred Duke

Non Licensed Funeral Assistant

Winfred is a lifelong resident of Coffee County. He graduated from Coffee County Central High School and received his B.S., M.S., and Ed.S. from Middle Tennessee State University. He retired from the Coffee County School System after many years. Winfred has been employed with Coffee County Funeral Chapel and Manchester Funeral Home for over 12 years. Winfred is married to Virgina Fults Duke and they have two daughters and three grandchildren and a great-grandson.



Horace Lee Jacobs

Senior Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer

Horace Lee Jacobs has been in funeral service since January 1962. He is a 1956 graduate of Coffee County Central High School in Manchester and a 1966 graduate of John A. Gupton School of Mortuary Science in Nashville,Tennessee. He is married to the former Carolyn Lewis Jacobs. They have three sons Brian, Bruce and Bradley and thirteen grandchildren.



Carolyn Lewis Jacobs

Licensed Funeral Director

Carolyn Lewis Jacobs has been in funeral service since May 1968 and a licensed Funeral Director since 1971. She is a 1958 graduate of Coffee County Central High School in Manchester. She and her husband, Horace Lee Jacobs, are founders and former owners of Tullahoma Funeral Home. They have three sons Brian, Bruce and Bradley and thirteen grandchildren.



Mildred Dunn

Non Licensed Funeral Assistant

Mildred is a long time native of Coffee County. She retired from Batesville Casket Company after 24 years of devoted service. Mildred has a daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Larry Dunn and two grandchildren. Mildred loves to travel, and she also attends the Beans Creek Church of Christ.



Garland Brown

Non Licensed Funeral Assistant

Garland is a lifetime resident of Coffee County. In 1972 he and his wife, Juanita, and their three children moved to Manchester where Garland began his career in funeral service. In 1975 he joined the staff of Manchester Funeral Home. He and Juanita attend the Main Street Church of Christ.



Juanita Brown

Non Licensed Funeral Assistant

Juanita resides in Manchester, Tennessee with her husband, Garland, where they have lived since 1972. She graduated from MTSU with a degree in Education. Her retirement from the Coffee County School System ended her enjoyable thirty-eight years in the classroom. Juanita began working with the staff at Coffee County Funeral Chapel and Manchester Funeral Home in 2008. She and Garland attend Main Street Church of Christ. They have three children and seven adorable grandchildren.



O.D. Crosslin

Non Licensed Funeral Assistant

O. D. “Deloss” Crosslin has been employed with Coffee County Funeral Chapel and Manchester Funeral Home for over six years. He and his wife of 47 years, Alta Trail Crosslin, have two children, Michael Crosslin and Dana Smith, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. O.D. was employed with AEDC from 1952 until his retirement in 1987. He and his family attend the Main Street Church of Christ.



Grady Cossey

Non Licensed Funeral Assistant

Grady has been employed with Coffee County Funeral Chapel and Manchester Funeral Home since 2007. Grady retired from Batesville Casket Company after many years of service. He is the primary caretaker of the White Rock Doves used for the “Memorial Dove Releases” offered exclusively by Coffee County Funeral Chapel, Manchester Funeral Home and Tullahoma Funeral Home. Grady has been instrumental in making this offering possible for the families we serve. One of Grady’s many hobbies is walking and bike riding.



H.D. Crosslin

Non Licensed Funeral Assistant

H.D. began his work in funeral service 8 1/2 years ago with Coffee County Funeral Chapel and Manchester Funeral Homes and enjoys it very much. He is a lifelong resident of Coffee County and is married to Doris Floyd Crosslin, and they have one daughter and son-in-law and two grandchildren. H.D. has served on the Coffee County Fair Board for 13years having served as President for the past 4 years.



Riley Medford

Non Licensed Funeral Assistant

Mr. Medford is a life long native of Coffee County.  He retired from Batesville Casket Company after 32 years of service.  Riley is an United States Veteran of the Air Force, and a member of the First Bastist Church in Manchester.  He has been married to his lovely wife, Delores, for 35 years.  He loves to play golf and ride his scooter.  Riley works at both Coffee County Funeral Chapel and Manchester Funeral Home and enjoys helping the families we serve.



Helen Merrill

Non Licensed Funeral Assistant

Helen is a native of Coffee County. She is a 1951 graduate of Coffee County Central High School. She retired from First National Bank in Manchester after 40 years of service. She has two daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Brad Brown and Linda and Robert Davidson, four grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. Helen loves to travel and if you can catch her home, she loves to work outside in her yard. She attends the Beans Creek Church of Christ.



Ray Powers

Non Licensed Funeral Assistant

Ray Powers,who is a Coffee County native, has been married to the former Frances Gold Powers for the past 51 years. He is the father of two daughters, Rita and Linda, who also live in Manchester. He was a Korean War Veteran who served three years, primarily in Japan. After service, he owned Ray Powers Jewelry and Gifts for over 40 years. Since retirement, he was worked as a volunteer assistant in the funeral business and continues to be available when needed. He is a life long member of the Methodist Faith.
